Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads or software

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
